红色文化价值实现的原则遵循、现实境遇及有效路径

摘要 红色文化是中国共产党团结和领导人民在长期的革命、建设和改革中形成的特定的文化形态,是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分。如何将红色文化的功能、作用和价值意义正确、充分地发挥出来,是值得我们研究和关注的重要理论与实践问题。该文以考察新时代红色文化价值实现需把握的三个基本原则为铺垫,准确剖析了当前红色文化价值实现面临的现实境遇,主要有多元化价值观念对红色文化情感认同的弱化、新媒体环境对红色文化传播效果的负面影响和监督管理保障不足对红色文化价值实现的制约。在此基础上,有针对性地提出红色文化价值实现应当采取的有效路径,即优化红色文化认同环境、创新红色文化传播形式、健全红色文化保障机制。 The red culture is a specific culture formed by the Communist Party of China and the people under its leadership in the long-term revolution,construction,and reform,and is an important part of Chinese socialist culture.How to correctly and give full play to the function,role and value of red culture is worthy of in-depth study.This paper is based on the three basic principles involved in realizing the value of red culture in the new era,and accurately analyzes the current reality of the realization of red cultural values,mainly including the weakening of the emotional identity of red culture by diversified values,the negative impact of the new media environment on the communication effect of red culture,and the constraints on the realization of red cultural value due to insufficient supervision and management guarantee.On this basis,the effective path that should be taken to realize the value of red culture is proposed,that is,to optimize the identity environment of red culture,innovate the form of red culture communication,and improve the guarantee mechanism of red culture.
