中国式现代化视域下岭南优秀传统文化融入酒店专业教育研究——基于广东省高职院校的调研分析

摘要 在中国式现代化背景下,岭南优秀传统文化融入酒店专业教育具有较高的契合性,对树立学生的文化自信、增强学生的就业竞争力、培养学生的创新思维、提升学生的综合素质具有重要意义。通过对广东省高职院校的调研,分析岭南优秀传统文化融入酒店专业教育存在的问题,从学校、专业和教师三个层面提出将两者有机融合的对策建议,以期为当前高职院校酒店专业建设、增强新时代大学生文化自信提供借鉴与参考。 In the context of the new era of Chinese modernization,the integration of Lingnan's excellent traditional culture into hotel professional education not only has a high degree of fit but is also of significant importance for cultivating students'cultural confidence,enhancing their employability,stimulating their innovative thinking,and improving their overall quality.This paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of the integration of Lingnan's excellent traditional culture into hotel professional education through a survey of vocational colleges in Guangdong Province.Strategies and suggestions are proposed from the three dimensions of school management,professional settings,and teacher development to promote the organic integration of Lingnan's excellent traditional culture with hotel professional education.These suggestions aim to provide practical guidance and reference for the construction of hotel majors in vocational colleges and the cultivation of cultural confidence among college students in the new era.
