“岗课赛证”模式下高职大数据与会计专业学生职业能力提升路径

摘要 当前高职院校大力推行育人模式改革,“岗课赛证”成为育人模式改革的一种有效途径。通过课程岗位深度融合、优化教材建设机制、强化职业技能大赛、完善育训并举体系、创新人才评价机制、加强课程师资建设及促进学习成果转化等方式,提升高职大数据与会计专业学生职业能力,并实现专业人才培养目标。 The current vocational colleges vigorously promote the reform of education mode,and the"post-course-competitioncertificate"has become an effective approach in the reform of education mode.Through the deep integration of courses and posts,optimizing the mechanism for textbook construction,strengthening vocational skills competitions,improving the system of combining education and training,innovating the evaluation mechanism for talents,strengthening the construction of course faculty and promoting the transformation of learning results,the vocational ability of students in big data and accounting major is improved,and the goal of professional talent training is achieved.
