1例猫暂时性心肌肥厚的诊断和治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of transient myocardial thickening in cats

猫暂时性心肌肥厚(transient myocardial thickening,TMT)在临床中较为少见。文章介绍了1例TMT病例,患猫为2岁3月龄的雌性混血猫,因呼吸困难、食欲下降而就诊,经过临床检查、X线、心脏超声检查以及猫心脏病快速检测等,初步诊断为心肌肥厚(左心室及室间隔心室壁增厚)、胸腔积液及心衰。经治疗患猫临床症状逐渐消失,就诊后3个月进行复查,心脏超声影像及参数均恢复正常,左心室壁厚度由6.37 mm减少至4.63 mm,室中隔厚度由6.42 mm减少至4.21 mm,左心房/主动脉(LA/AO)从1.73减少至1.40,最终诊断为猫TMT。

Transient myocardial thickening(TMT)in cats is rare in clinical practice.A case of TMT was reported.The patient was a two years and three months old female mixed-race cat.The patient was diagnosed as myocardial thickening(thickening of left ventricle and ventricular septum wall),pleural effusion and heart failure after clinical examination,X-ray,echocardiography and rapid detection of cat heart disease.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the cats gradually disappeared.After reexamination three months after treatment,the ultrasonic images and parameters of the heart returned to normal.The thickness of left ventricular wall decreased from 6.37 mm to 4.63 mm,the thickness of ventricular septum decreased from 6.42 mm to 4.21 mm,and the left atrium/aorta(LA/AO)decreased from 1.73 to 1.40.Finally,the cat was diagnosed as TMT in cat.
