EPC模式下大型水电工程智慧工地建设管理创新探索与实践

摘要 为了研究实现EPC模式下大型水电站建设高效管理,以杨房沟水电站工程智慧工地建设管理创新探索实践为基础,针对EPC模式下大型水电站建设管理特点和难点,借助BIM、大数据、云计算、移动端、物联网等信息技术,构建基于设计施工BIM管理系统(进度、质量、安全、投资)和现场“人、机、料、法、环”管控的智慧工地应用,实现了对EPC模式大型水电工程的精细化管控。相关成果可为EPC模式下大型水电工程智慧工地建设管理提供借鉴。 To study the efficient management of large-scale hydropower station construction under EPC mode,based on the innovative exploration and practice of intelligent site construction management for Yangfanggou Hydropower Station Project,targeted at the characteristics and difficulties of construction management for large-scale hydropower stations under EPC modeby using the information technologies such as BIM,big data,cloud computing,mobile devices,and IoT.We constructed an intelligent site construction application based on design-construction BIM management system(progress,quality,safety,investment)and on-site People,Machinery,Materials,Methods,and Environment control,achieving the refined control and upgrading of large-scale hydropower projects under EPC mode.The research results can provide a reference for the intelligent site construction management of large-scale hydropower projects under EPC mode.
