基于体素与倾斜摄影建模的BIM模型简化方法

摘要 为提高BIM模型简化效率,并从根本上改善传统BIM模型内部构件简化不彻底、三角面片数较多等影响Web端加载效率的问题,提出了一种基于体素和倾斜摄影建模技术的BIM模型简化方法。该方法通过将现有BIM模型创建体素模型后,利用体素模型面朝向特性无损减面,显著简化模型网格,并使用倾斜摄影修模技术,对获得的外壳体素模型进行贴图。研究结果表明:最终生成的简化贴图模型简化率高、兼容性强、Web端运行效率高;与传统简化贴图模型手工建模技术相比,建模所用时间短、自动化程度高,自动化率高达75%。研究成果可为海量城市级BIM模型简化提供一种全新、自动化的解决方案,提高BIM模型简化效率,提升城市级CIM平台运行效率。 In order to improve the simplification efficiency of BIM model,and fundamentally improve the problems of incomplete simplification of model internal components and large number of triangular surfaces caused by traditional BIM model simplification methods,which affect the loading efficiency of WebGL,this paper proposed a simplification method of BIM model based on voxel and tilt photography modeling technology.Utilizing the face oriented feature of voxel model to reduce number of polygon mesh without any destruction,we paint maps for the Voxel shell by the model repairing process in oblique photography.The simplified model generated by this method had a high simplification rate,strong compatibility and high operation efficiency on the Webpage.Compared with the traditional simplified map model manual modeling technology,this method took less time to model while had a high degree of automation,and the automation rate was up to 75%.It can provide a new and automated solution for the simplification of massive city-level BIM models,improve the simplification efficiency of BIM models,and enhance the operation efficiency of city-level CIM platform.
