父母教养方式对大学生应对方式的影响——以对山西某地高校学生的调查为例

The Impact of Parenting Styles on Collegeand University Students’ Coping Approaches— Taking a Survey of College and University Students in a Place in Shanxi Province as an Example

采用肖计划编制的《应付方式问卷》以及《父母教养方式问卷》对山西某地312名大学生的应对方式特点和父母教养方式特点进行调查研究。结果表明:(1)大学生压力应对方式总体上以解决问题为主,女生的应对方式偏向于求助,比男生更为积极,大三大四的应对方式更多地偏向于合理化解决问题;(2)在压力应对方式上,父母教养方式存在影响,信任鼓励型教养方式下成长的大学生,应对方式多采用解决问题和求助,而专制型教养方式下成长的大学生则多采用回避的方式。在今后工作中,大学心理工作者应创设信任鼓励的环境,尽可能帮助学生形成成熟、稳定的压力应对方式以面对未来。

The Coping Styles Questionnaire and the Parenting Styles Questionnaire developed by Xiao Jihua were used to investigate and study the characteristics of coping styles and parenting styles of 312 college and university students in a place in Shanxi.The results show that:(1)the stress coping styles of college and university students are mainly about problem solving,and the coping styles of girls tend to help,more active than boys,the coping styles of junior and senior years are more inclined to rational problem solving;(2)in terms of stress coping styles,parenting styles has influence.College and university students who grew up under the trusting and encouraging parenting styles tend to use problem solving and help-seeking in their coping styles,while college and university students who grew up under the autocratic parenting styles mostly adopt the way of avoidance.In their future work,college and university psychologists should create an environment of trust and encouragement to help students develop mature and stable stress coping styles to face the future as much as possible.
