摘要
随着新型电力系统和电力市场建设,电力系统中可调节资源和市场主体不断丰富,对系统灵活性和市场机制提出了更高要求。储能是提升系统调节能力的重要手段,低成本、低约束条件的电制热储热技术,是解决富余可再生能源消纳和冬季供暖污染问题的最佳途径。首先,分析了电蓄热运行特性,提出参与电力现货市场的方法和机制;其次,建立包含可再生能源消纳、电蓄热负荷、断面约束、节点电价的优化出清模型;最后,在此基础上优化电蓄热运行方式,提升可再生能源消纳能力,同时降低系统整体运行成本和能效。算例验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。
With the construction of new electric power systems and electricity markets,the adjustable resources and market entities in the power system are continuously enriched.It puts forward higher requirements for system flexibility and market mechanisms.Energy storage is an important means to enhance system adjustment capability.Low-cost,low-constraint electric thermal storage technology is the best way to solve the issues of surplus renewable energy absorption and winter heating pollution.Firstly,it analyzes the operating characteristics of electric heat storage,proposes methods and mechanisms for participating in the electricity spot market.Secondly,it establishes an optimization clearing model including renewable energy absorption,electric heat storage load,section constraints,and nodal electricity prices.Finally,it optimizes the operation mode of electric heat storage on this basis to enhance the absorption capacity of renewable energy,while reducing overall system operating costs and energy efficiency.Case studies verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
