产教融合视域下职业院校产业学院建设研究和实践——以奇瑞汽车产业学院为例

摘要 以奇瑞汽车产业学院职教联盟内的各大职业院校的产业学院为研究对象,对其合作模式、人才培养、课程建设等进行深入调查和研究,发现前期建设中存在政府支持力度不够、企业参与建设积极程度不高、产业学院内涵建设有待加强的问题,而后提出健全产业学院管理体系、创新校企协同育人模式、健全产业学院内涵建设的优化策略,最后以校企共建的“奇瑞汽车产业学院”的实践案例,给产业学院建设实践优化提供一定参考。 Taking the industrial colleges of various vocational colleges within the Chery Automobile Industry College Vocational Education Alliance as the research object,an in-depth investigation and study was conducted on their cooperation modes,talent cultivation,curriculum construction,etc.It was found that in the early stages of construction,there were issues such as insufficient government support,low levels of enterprise participation and the need to strengthen the connotative construction of industrial colleges.Subsequently,optimization strategies are proposed,including improving the management system of industrial colleges,innovating school-enterprise collaborative education modes and enhancing the connotative construction of industrial colleges.Finally,a practical case of the"Chery Automobile Industry College"jointly built by schools and enterprises is presented to provide a certain reference for the optimization of the construction of the industrial colleges.
