摘要
在培养体系的目标设计上,须立足职业本科教育的人才培养目标,融价值理性和工具理性于一体;在培养体系的路径选择上,要基于培养目标的价值选择,在“双师型人才”和“双师型结构”之间进行权衡;在培养体系的标准建设上,当回归职业本科院校凝聚办学特色之远景,构建一套以“卓越双师”评价标准为中心的教学运行评价体系;在培养体系的规章建制上,应考量标准落实的环境需要,在权利本位和权力本位之间做出抉择。
In the goal design of the training system,it is necessary to base on the talent training goals of vocational undergraduate education and integrate value rationality and instrumental rationality;In the path selection of the training system,a balance should be made between"dual-qualified talents"and"dual-qualified structure",based on on the value selection of the training objectives;In the criteria construction of the training system,there should be a return to the long-term vision of condensing the school-running characteristics of vocational undergraduate colleges,and a teaching operation evaluation system centered on the"outstanding dual-qualified talents"evaluation criteria should be constructed;In the establishment of regulations for the training system,consideration should be given to the environmental needs of criteria implementation,and a selection should be made between rights orientation and power orientation.
