高职院校“大思政课”建设的价值意蕴、问题审思与优化路径

新时代、新征程赋予了高职院校思想政治教育新使命,也对其内容、方法、质量、效益等提出了新要求。新时代高职院校“大思政课”建设能够激发思政课创新活力、促进思政课保持定力、积蓄思政课育人潜力、释放思政课实践推力。现阶段,高职“大思政课”建设在实践中仍存在育人模式有待廊清与构建、课程资源亟需激活与转化、师资队伍仍需加强与完善、协同机制尚应链接与筑牢的问题。未来,职业院校应以立德树人为核心,从激活“大课堂”,打造高水平思政“金课”,聚力“大平台”,整合实践基地思政资源,建强“大师资”,培育立德树人“大先生”,拓展“大格局”,汇聚全景育人“大能量”四方面实现高质量发展。

The new era and new journey have given higher vocational colleges and universities a new mission on ideological and political education,and also put forward new requirements for its content,method,quality and effectiveness.The construction of"Great Ideological and Political Education Course"in higher vocational colleges in the new era can stimulate the innovation and vitality of ideology and politics class,promote the maintenance of the strength of ideology and politics class,accumulate the potential of ideology and politics class to educate people,and release the thrust of ideology and politics class practice.At this stage,the construction of"Great Ideology and Political Class"in practice still exists problems in clarifying and constructing the cultivating mode in practice,activating and transforming the curriculum resources,strengthening and improving the teacher's team,and the linking and firmly building the curriculum resources.In the future,vocational colleges should take moral education and talent cultivation as the core,and achieve high-quality development of"Great Ideological and Political Courses"from four aspects:activating the"great classroom",creating high-level ideological and political"golden courses";consolidating the"great platform",integrating ideological and political resources in practice bases;strengthening the"great teachers",cultivating moral education and talent cultivation"great masters";expanding the"great pattern",and gathering panoramic education with"great energy".
