精准化职业生涯规划教育活动的开展可以帮助大学生更好地就业,精准化职业生涯规划教育包含很多具有针对性的、丰富而“鲜活”的思政教育资源,能更好地提升学生的职业规划水平,强化其思政素养。将精准化职业生涯规划教育体系与思想政治教育相融合,可以帮助大学生形成正确就业观,做好自身职业生涯规划与管理,提升自身就业综合实力。目前两者的融合仍存在指导理念不明确,教学队伍不强,教学内容针对性较弱,教学过程不畅等问题,造成这些问题有社会、学校、学生三方面的原因,可从沟通协调体制机制建设、教学方法、转变学生观念等方面出发,加强精准化职业生涯规划教育体系与思想政治教育的融合,助力大学生更好就业。

Precise career planning education activities can not only help college students to find better employment,but also include many targeted,rich and"fresh"ideological and political education resources,which can better improve students'career planning level and strengthen their ideological and political literacy has important application value.Will accurate career planning education system and the integration of ideological and political education,can help college students to form the correct employment,make their own career planning and management,improve their employment comprehensive strength,but there is still unclear guidelines,teaching team is not strong,the teaching content is weak,the teaching process the problem such as poor,from society,school,students three aspects reason analysis,from the communication and coordination system construction,teaching methods,changing students concept,strengthen accurate career planning education system and the integration of ideological and political education,help college students better employment.
