深化产教融合创新现代学徒制人才培养模式研究——以安徽省铜陵市为例

摘要 以安徽省铜陵市为例,阐述了创新现代学徒制人才培养模式的必要性与可行性,分析了创新现代学徒制人才培养模式存在的问题,探讨了创新现代学徒制人才培养模式的路径策略,展望了创新现代学徒制人才培养模式的预期成效。这将有效推动校企合作人才培养工作,也将有效促进市域产教联合体的发展,为地方产业转型升级和创新发展培养更多的高级技能型人才。 Taking Tongling City of Anhui Province as an example,this paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of innovative modern apprenticeship talent training mode,analyzes the existing problems of innovative modern apprenticeship talent training mode,probes into the path and strategy of innovative modern apprenticeship talent training mode,and looks forward to the expected results of innovative modern apprenticeship talent training mode.This research will effectively promote the cultivation of talents in school-enterprise cooperation,and will also effectively promote the development of city-wide industry-ed-ucation consortia,so as to train more craftsmen and high-skilled talents from large countries for the trans-formation,upgrading and innovative development of local industries.
