统一战线是新民主主义革命取得胜利的三大法宝之一,具有凝聚人心、汇聚力量的重要作用。文化统一战线是统一战线的重要组成部分,抗战期间淮北抗日根据地积极开展文化统战工作,这既是坚持敌后抗战的必然要求,更是贯彻党中央和毛泽东关于文化统战方针的指示精神。淮北区党委通过多种策略开展文化统战工作:运用主流媒介,开展统战宣传;创建文艺平台,团结军民抗战;团结知识分子,发挥主体作用。淮北抗日根据地文化统战的成功实践不仅鼓舞了群众的抗战热情,而且繁荣了文化教育事业,巩固了抗日民族统一战线。

The united front is one of the three magic weapons for the victory of the new democratic revolution,and plays an important role in uniting people's hearts and gathering strength.The cultural unit-ed front is an important part of the united front.Huaibei District Party Committee carries out cultural u-nited front work through various strategies:using mainstream media to carry out united front propaganda;create a platform for literature and art to unite the army and people in the war of resistance;we should u-nite intellectuals and play the main role.The successful practice of cultural united front in Huaibei anti-Japanese base area not only encouraged the enthusiasm of the masses,but also prospered the cause of cul-ture and education and consolidated the anti-Japanese national united front.
