国土空间规划背景下生态保护重要性评价探索与实践——以六安市为例

On Exploration and Practice of Importance of Ecological Protection Evaluation under the Background of National Spatial Planning——Taking Lu’an City as an Example

生态保护重要性反映国土空间中进行生态保护的重要程度,以六安市为例,通过研究生态本底和现状条件,综合分析生态服务功能重要性和生态脆弱性,构建六安市生态保护重要性评价体系,探索国土空间规划背景下生态保护重要性评价,以期为未来的规划与决策提供有益的参考。结果表明:六安市生态保护极重要区面积为2 355.49 km^(2),占六安市国土总面积的15.24%,主要分布在金寨县、霍山县、舒城县及霍邱县东西湖;生态保护重要区面积为2 519.56 km^(2),占六安市国土总面积的16.30%,主要分布在金寨县和舒城县。研究建议,生态保护极重要区作为划定生态红线和重点生态功能区的依据,支撑六安市开展有针对性的生态保护,保障和维护生态安全。

The importance of ecological protection reflects the degree of importance of ecological protection in the national spatial plan-ning.Taking Lu’an city as an example,by studying the ecological background and current conditions,the paper comprehensively ana-lyzed the importance of ecological service functions and ecological vulnerability,constructed the importance of the evaluation system of ecological protection in Lu’an city,and explored the importance of the evaluation of ecological protection in the context of national spa-tial planning.The purpose is to provide useful references for the future planning and decision-making.The results show that the area of the extremely important ecological protection area in Lu’an city is 2355.49 km^(2),covering 15.24%of the total land area of Lu’an city.It is mainly distributed in Jinzhai county,Huoshan county,Shucheng county,and Dongxihu Lake in Huoqiu county.The area of impor-tant ecological protection areas is 2519.56 km^(2).It accounts for 16.30%of the total land area of Lu’an city,mainly distributed in Jin-zhai county and Shucheng county.The research suggests that ecological protection of extremely important areas should be served as the basis for delineating ecological red lines and key ecological functional areas to support targeted ecological protection in Lu’an city,en-sure and maintain the ecological security.
