面向新质生产力的中国高等教育:挑战与应对

China's Higher Education Facing New Quality Productivity:Challenges and Responses

摘要 新质生产力时代的到来对高等教育发展提出了新的使命和任务,它要求高等教育进一步提升科技创新能力、提升人才培养质量、优化学科专业布局、提升产教融合水平。反观中国高等教育的发展,却仍面临着一系列挑战,包括科技创新能力仍显不足、人才培养模式亟需完善、学科专业布局亟待优化、产教融合步伐有待加快等。面向未来,要促进新质生产力的发展,中国高等教育应采取系列策略,如加强顶层设计做好政策引导、深化高教改革加快科技创新、优化高教布局服务产教融合、深化教学改革加速人才培养、强化管理创新推动教育治理。 The concept of new quality productivity has introduced fresh demands for higher education,necessitating enhanced capabilities in scientific and technological innovation,elevated standards in talent cultivation,a refined structure of disciplines and majors,and an advanced level of industry-education integration.Reflecting on the trajectory of China's higher education,it confronts a myriad of challenges,such as inadequate innovation in science and technology,an imperative to refine the talent development model,an urgent need to optimize the arrangement of academic programs,and a swift progression in the amalgamation of industry with academia.Looking ahead,to foster the growth of new productive forces,Chinese higher education must implement a suite of strategic measures.These include reinforcing top-level design for policy direction,intensifying reforms in higher education to expedite technological advancement,aligning the structure of higher education to better serve the integration with industry,and invigorating pedagogical reforms to hasten the preparation of skilled individuals.Additionally,it is crucial to bolster management innovation and to advance the governance of education.
