工学结合视角下高职院校校外实践教学存在的问题及其解决对策——以清远职业技术学院旅游管理专业为例

Research on Problems and Solutions of Off-campus Practice Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Work-integrated Learning--Taking the Tourism Management Specialty of Qingyuan Polytechnic as an Example

随着我国高职教育的快速发展,“工学结合”的“实践教学”已成为我国高职教育教学领域研究的热点,社会实用型人才与高素质应用型人才需求量有明显提升,工学结合模式应运而生。这也为高职院校人才培养工作指明发展方向、带来创新发展动力。清远职业技术学院旅游管理专业在高技能人才培养期间引入工学结合模式,从其在工学结合中的问题入手,分析其原因,提出了优化实习时间安排,建立专兼结合的“双师”教学队伍,创新校企合作机制,创新旅游“产学研”的实践教学新模式的实践策略,实现学生与企业无缝对接的人才培养模式。这一论题的探索对其他类似的高等职业院校校外实践教学起到一定的抛砖引玉作用。

With the rapid development of higher vocational education in China,the“practical teaching”in“work-integrated learning”mode has become a hot topic in the field of higher vocational education in China.The demand for social practical talents and high-quality applied talents has increased significantly,and the“work-integrated learning”mode emerged at the historic moment,which also points out the development direction for the talent training of higher vocational colleges and brings innovative development help.The tourism management specialty of Qingyuan Polytechnic analyzed the introduction of the“work-integrated learning”mode during the training of high-skilled talents.Starting from the problems in the work-study combination,this paper analyzed the reasons and put forward such practical strategies as optimizing the internship time arrangement,establishing the“double-qualified”teaching team consisting of both full-time and part-time teachers,innovating the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,innovating the new mode of practice teaching of tourism with the?integration of“production,study and research”,and then the talent training model which helps students quickly adapt to the requirement of enterprises can be constructed.The exploration of this topic plays a certain role in introducing gems to off-campus practical teaching in other similar higher vocational colleges.
