This article explores the management and improvement path of book printing and binding quality in order to promote the high-quality development of publishing.Based on the practical work experience,this article explores the path for publishing agencies to improve the quality of book printing and binding from the perspective of book printing and binding quality management,including establishing a high-quality professional team,improving the institutional construction,formulating the standardized processes,effectively managing the raw materials,establishing an evaluation and assessment mechanism for printing enterprises,and strengthening the quality inspection links,for providing reference for the same industry.
