摘要
以吡咯并氮杂卓、呋喃并氧杂卓、氧杂卓并吡咯等为代表的五元并七元杂环衍生物具有重要的药理活性.探索省时绿色的五元并七元杂环骨架构建新方法,一直是化学合成的研究热点.为此,对双环化反应在五元并七元杂环骨架构建中方面取得的研究成果进行了梳理和总结,以期为后续杂环骨架的高效构建提供启发.
Five-and seven-membered heterocyclic derivatives represented by pyrrolizazide,furooxepin and oxepinopyrrole have important pharmacological activities.Exploring a new time-saving and green method for constructing five-and seven-membered heterocyclic skeleton has always been a research hot piont in chemical synthesis.This paper discusses the application of dicyclization reaction in the construction of five-and seven membered heterocyclic skeleton,which provides valuable enlightenment for the efficient construction of heterocyclic skeleton.
