摘要
在肾透明细胞癌的治疗中,仍存在着疗效不佳等问题。探究线粒体自噬和铁死亡在肾透明细胞癌中的潜在作用可能为肾透明细胞癌的诊治提供新靶点.为此,总结归纳了线粒体自噬和铁死亡在肾透明细胞癌中的机制,并探究了线粒体自噬和铁死亡的相关性。
In the treatment of clear cell renal cell carcinoma,there are still problems such as poor efficacy.Exploring the potential roles of mitophagy and ferroptosis in clear cell renal cell carcinoma may provide new targets for the diagnosis and treatment of this condition.This review aims to summarize and generalize the mechanisms of mitophagy and ferroptosis in clear cell renal cell carcinoma and to explore the correlation between mitophagy and ferroptosis.
