In March 2022,the“Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Accelerating the Construction of a Unified National Market”was issued,which pointed out the direction for the professional reform of Chinese football.In order to better implement the guideline of the“Opinions”and to give full play to its guiding role in the market of professional football leagues,a logical analysis method combining the clauses of documents and the rules of the professional football market is adopted to explore the strategy for the development and construction of a large unified market for Chinese professional football leagues.The paper suggests that the assent to the construction of a large unified market from Chinese professional football leagues is achieved by clarifying the main line of the domestic market’s transformation from“large”to“strong”,and building an overall situation where the domestic and international markets are better connected with the cultivation of new advantages for competition and cooperation in internationl markets of professional football as a main goal and with the advocating of putting fans and quality first first as a focus.
