内蒙古公共数字文化服务有效供给问题与对策研究

Research on the Issues and Strategies for the Effective Supply of Public Digital Cultural Services in Inner Mongolia

内蒙古公共数字文化服务的发展模式仍以政府主导的“自上而下”供给为主,公共数字文化服务存在供需矛盾。通过采用问卷调查、访谈法和实地调研方法对内蒙古公共数字文化服务供给与利用现状以及公众对公共数字文化服务需求和满意度的调查,分析其存在的供给问题,从政策支持、数字资源建设、公共数字文化平台建设、服务供给、营销推广和供给保障等方面提出相关发展对策。

The development model of public digital cultural services in Inner Mongolia primarily follows a government-led“top-down”approach,resulting in a supply-demand mismatch.Through questionnaire surveys,interviews,and field research,this study investigates the current state of supply and utilization of public digital cultural services in Inner Mongolia,as well as public demand and satisfaction.The analysis identifies existing supply issues and proposes development strategies in areas such as policy support,digital resource construction,public digital cultural platform development,service provision,marketing promotion,and supply assurance.
