新时代,高校要充分利用红色文化资源,加强红色文化实践育人作用。高校红色文化实践育人离不开思想政治教育系统各要素的作用。高校党委要统一领导,做好顶层设计,创新红色文化实践育人路径,鼓励教育主体积极利用红色文化进行实践育人;激励教育客体成为红色文化实践的主动参与者;运用教育介体助力红色文化宣传;营造教育环体成为红色文化育人的实践场所,提升思想政治教育的吸引力和感召力。

In the new era,universities should fully utilize red cultural resources to strengthen the role of red culture practices in education.The cultivation of individuals through red culture practices in universities is inseparable from the function of each element within the ideological and political education system.The university party committees should take unified leadership,carry out top-level design,and innovate the pathways of cultivating people through red culture practices.They should encourage educational subjects to actively use red culture in practical education;motivate educational objects to become active participants in red culture practices;use educational media to aid the promotion of red culture;and create educational environments that serve as practical venues for red culture education,thereby enhancing the appeal and influence of ideological and political education.
