健脾化痰活血汤对甲状腺功能减退症患者甲状腺功能及临床疗效的影响

Influence of Spleen-invigorating Phlegm-resolving Blood-activating Decoction on Thyroid Function in Patients with Hypothyroidism and Curative Effects

目的:观察健脾化痰活血汤对甲状腺功能减退症患者甲状腺功能及临床疗效的影响。方法:以61例甲状腺功能减退症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(31例)。对照组采用左甲状腺素钠片进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用健脾化痰活血汤进行治疗,两组均治疗12周。统计两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后症状积分、生活质量评分及甲状腺功能、血脂代谢指标。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为93.55%(28/31),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组症状积分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量评分两组均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、促甲状腺激素、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素水平升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾化痰活血汤治疗甲状腺功能减退症,可有效减轻患者临床症状,改善甲状腺功能及血脂代谢水平,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the impacts of spleen-invigorating phlegm-resolving blood-activating decoction on thyroid function in patients with hypothyroidism and curative effects.Methods:A total of 61 patients were chosen as the research objects,and divided into the control group(n=30 cases) and the observation group(n=31 cases) using random number table method.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the observation group took spleen-invigorating phlegm-resolving blood-activating decoction orally based on the therapy of the control group,both groups were treated for 12 weeks.To compare curative effects of the two groups,to compare symptom scores,the scores of quality of life,the indexes of thyroid function and lipid metabolism before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After treatment,total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%(28/31),higher than 73.33%(22/30) of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,symptom scores of both groups reduced obviously in the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the scores of quality of life increased evidently in the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of trigly-cerides,total cholesterol,LDL-C,thyroid stimulating hormone,antithyroglobulin antibodies,and thyroid pero-xidase antibodies lowered in the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,free triiodothyronine,and free thyroxine increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spleen-invigorating phlegm-resolving blood-activating decoction in the treatment of patients with hypothyroidism could effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve the levels of thyroid function,and lipid metabolism,as well as the patients' quality of life.
