丹七软胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果

Effects of Danqi soft capsules combined with Trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的:观察丹七软胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2023年11月该院中西医结合心内科收治的55例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组32例和观察组33例。对照组采取曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合丹七软胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后心绞痛发作情况[疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、发作次数、持续时间]、心肌酶谱指标[乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组心绞痛NRS评分低于对照组,发作次数少于对照组,持续时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组LDH、CK-MB水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹七软胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛患者可改善心绞痛发作情况,降低心肌酶谱指标水平,效果优于单纯曲美他嗪治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Danqi soft capsules combined with Trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:The clinical data of 55 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the department of cardiology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine from January 2021 to November 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(32 cases) and observation group(33 cases).The control group was treated with Trimetazidine,while the observation group was treated with Danqi soft capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The treatment effects,the angina pectoris attack before and after the treatment [pain numeric rating scale(NRS) score,attack frequency,duration],the myocardial enzyme spectrum index [lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)] levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the NRS score of angina pectoris in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the number of episodes was less than that in the control group,the duration was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of LDH and CK-MB in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Danqi soft capsules combined with Trimetazidine in the treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can improve the attack of angina pectoris and reduce the levels of myocardial enzymes.Moreover,it is superior to single Trimetazidine treatment.
