多学科协作护理在下肢骨折患者中的应用效果

Application effects of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in patients with lower limb fractures

目的:观察多学科协作护理在下肢骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年4月至2022年11月该院收治的124例下肢骨折患者的临床资料,依据护理方案不同将其分成研究组与对照组各62例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用多学科协作护理,比较两组护理前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分和护理满意度。结果:护理1、7 d后,两组VAS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组SDS、SAS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为95.16%(59/62),高于对照组的82.26%(51/62),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用多学科协作护理可提高下肢骨折患者护理满意度,降低疼痛程度和负性情绪评分,其效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in patients with lower limb fractures.Methods:The clinical data of 124 patients with lower limb fractures admitted to this hospital from April 2021 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing schemes,they were divided into study group and control group,62 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The pain degree [visual analogue scale(VAS)] score,the negative emotion [self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)] scores,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After 1 and 7 days of nursing,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Furter,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.16%(59/62),which was higher than 82.26%(51/62) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients with lower limb fractures,and reduce the degree of pain and the negative emotion scores.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
