尿毒症患者疲乏现状及其相关影响因素调查分析

Analysis of the Current Status of Fatigue and Its Related Factors in Patients with Uremia

目的 分析尿毒症患者疲乏现状及其相关影响因素。方法 选取2020年8月至2023年8月崇仁县人民医院收治的103例尿毒症患者为调查对象,采用自制调查问卷收集患者一般资料,采用Piper疲乏修订量表(RPFS)评估患者疲乏现状,采用自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评估患者自我感受负担情况。比较不同特征尿毒症患者RPFS评分,并采用多元线性回归分析影响尿毒症患者RPFS评分的影响因素。结果 103例尿毒症患者RPFS评分为(158.64±10.25)分。不同家庭人均月收入、透析时间、透析并发症、自我感受负担的尿毒症患者的RPFS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析显示,家庭人均月收入低、透析时间长、伴有透析并发症、重度自我感受负担是影响尿毒症患者疲乏的主要影响因素(P<0.001)。结论 尿毒症患者疲乏感较重,而家庭人均月收入低、透析时间长、伴有透析并发症、重度自我感受负担均是其影响因素。

Objective To analyze the current status of fatigue in uremic patients and its related factors.Methods A total of 103 uremic patients admitted to Chongren County People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected for the study;a self-administered questionnaire was used to collect general information about the patients;the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS)was used to assess the current status of the patients'fatigue;the Self-perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)was used to assess the self-perceived burden of the patients.The RPFS scores of uremic patients with different characteristics were compared and the factors influencing the RPFS scores were analyzed using multiple linear regression.Results The RPFS scores of 103 uremic patients were registered as 158.64±10.25.The difference in RPFS scores of uremic patients with different per capita monthly family income,dialysis duration,dialysis complications,and self-perceived burden was statistically significant when compared(P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis suggested that low per capita monthly family income,long duration of dialysis,concomitant dialysis complications,and heavy self-perceived burden were the main factors causing fatigue in uremic patients(P<0.001).Conclusion Fatigue is higher among uremic patients and low per capita monthly household income,long duration of dialysis,concomitant dialysis complications,and heavy self-perceived burden might be the main contributing factors.
