正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Orthodontic Combined with Prosthodontic Therapy for Congenital Missing Teeth

目的:分析正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年7月锦州医科大学附属口腔医院收治的先天性缺牙患者68例作为研究对象,应用奇偶数法随机分为参照组与试验组,各34例。参照组实施口腔修复治疗,试验组实施正畸联合口腔修复治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组口腔美观、口腔清洁、牙龈健康、整体美观评分高于治疗前,且试验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组咬合力、咀嚼效率高于治疗前,且试验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组菌斑指数、软垢指数低于治疗前,且试验组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的效果显著,能够改善牙齿美观度,增强咀嚼功能,改善口腔健康状况,值得临床应用并予以推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of orthodontic combined with prosthodontic therapy for congenital missing teeth.Methods:From July 2021 to July 2022,68 patients with congenital missing teeth admitted to the Affiliated Oral Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into reference group and experimental group using the odd-even number method,with 34 cases in each group.The reference group received prosthodontic therapy and the experimental group received orthodontic combined with prosthodontic therapy.The therapeutic effects were compared between two group.Results:After treatment,the scores of oral aesthetics,oral cleaning,gingival health and overall aesthetics in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the bite force and masticatory efficiency in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the plaque index and debris index in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic combined with prosthodontic therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of congenital missing teeth,and can improve the aesthetics of teeth,enhance masticatory function,and ameliorate oral health status,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
