腹针“扶正气法”治疗周围性面瘫的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Abdominal Acupuncture“Strengthening Vital Qi Method”in Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的:分析腹针“扶正气法”治疗周围性面瘫(PFP)的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月吉林省中医药科学院第一临床医院收治的PFP患者67例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(n=33)与对照组(n=34)。治疗组实施腹针“扶正气法”治疗,对照组实施常规针刺治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组躯体功能评分高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组社会功能评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组House-Brackmann面神经功能分级低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。结论:腹针“扶正气法”治疗PFP的效果显著,能够改善躯体功能、社会功能及神经功能,值得临床应用并予以推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of abdominal acupuncture"strengthening vital qi method"in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis(PFP).Methods:A total of 67 patients with PFP admitted to the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=34)and treatment group(n=33).The control group received conventional acupuncture treatment,and the treatment group received abdominal acupuncture treatment with"strengthening vital qi method".The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the somatic function score in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social function score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the House-Brackmann facial nerve function grade in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the grade in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039).Conclusion:The abdominal acupuncture"strengthening vital qi method"has significant effects in the treatment of PFP,and can improve somatic function,social function and nerve function,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
