针对性护理干预在肺癌患者术后护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention in Postoperative Nursing of Lung Cancer Patients

目的:分析针对性护理干预在肺癌术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月吉林省肿瘤医院收治的肺癌患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组疼痛评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。护理后,两组自护概念、自护责任感、健康知识水平、自护技能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预在肺癌患者术后护理中的应用效果显著,能够减轻疼痛,改善心理状态,加强自护能力,提高生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of lung cancer patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with lung cancer admitted to Jilin Cancer Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received targeted nursing.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).After nursing,the scores of self-care concept,self-care responsibility,health knowledge level and self-care skills in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing intervention in the postoperative nursing of lung cancer patients has a significant effect,which can relieve pain,improve psychological state,strengthen self-care ability,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
