多学科协作模式联合无隙一体化急救护理在急诊有机磷农药中毒患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Multidisciplinary Team Mode Combined with Seamless Integrated Emergency Nursing in Emergency Patients with Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的:分析多学科协作(MDT)模式联合无缝隙一体化急救护理在急诊有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月凤冈县人民医院收治的80例AOPP患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规急救护理,观察组实施MDT模式联合无缝隙一体化急救护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组急救效率高于对照组,中毒症状消失早于对照组,急性生理与慢性健康状况评分及并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MDT模式联合无缝隙一体化急救护理在急诊AOPP患者中的应用效果显著,能够提高急救效率,促使中毒症状消失,改善健康状况,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT)mode combined with seamless integrated emergency nursing in emergency patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods:A total of 80 AOPP patients admitted to Fenggang County People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional emergency nursing and the observation group received MDT mode combined with seamless integrated emergency nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The first aid efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the disappearance of poisoning symptoms in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the scores of Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of MDT mode combined with seamless integrated emergency nursing in emergency patients with AOPP is significant,which can improve the first aid efficiency,promote the disappearance of poisoning symptoms,improve health status,and reduce the incidence of complications.
