综合性手术护理应用于急性脑出血颅内血肿清除术中的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Comprehensive Operation Nursing in Patients Undergoing Intracranial Hematoma Removal Surgery for Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:分析综合性手术护理应用于急性脑出血颅内血肿清除术中的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院行急性脑出血颅内血肿清除术的患者85例作为研究对象,分为对照组(n=45)与观察组(n=40)。对照组实施传统手术室护理,观察组实施综合性手术护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预后,两组生活质量、日常生活活动能力评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理操作、服务态度、安全管理、环境卫生评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030)。结论:综合性手术护理应用于急性脑出血颅内血肿清除术中的效果显著,护理质量较高,能够缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,改善患者生活质量,增强患者日常活动能力,降低并发症发生率,值得临床应用并予以推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive operation nursing in patients undergoing intracranial hematoma removal surgery for acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 85 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who underwent intracranial hematoma removal surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=40).The control group received traditional operating room nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive operation nursing.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After intervention,the scores of quality of life and activities of daily living in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing operation,service attitude,safety management and environmental hygiene in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.030).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive operation nursing has remarkable effects in intracranial hematoma removal surgery for acute cerebral hemorrhage with a high nursing quality,and can shorten the operation time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,improve the quality of life of patients,enhance the ability of daily activities of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
