人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Humanized Nursing in Operating Room Nursing of Elderly Patients with Lower Limb Fractures

目的:分析人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年2月北京航天总医院收治的老年下肢骨折患者180例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与常规组,各90例。常规组实施常规围术期护理,观察组在常规组基础上实施人性化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组手术时间、术后住院时间、患肢负重时间、骨折愈合时间短于常规组,术中出血量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h,两组疼痛评分低于术前,且观察组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组卡氏功能状态评分高于术前,且观察组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。结论:人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的效果显著,能够有效改善手术相关指标,减轻术后疼痛,提高生活质量,减少并发症。

Objective:To analyze the effect of humanized nursing in operating room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures.Methods:A total of 180 elderly patients with lower limb fractures admitted to Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a routine group and an observation group,with 90 patients in each group.The routine group implemented routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group implemented humanized nursing on the basis of the routine group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,postoperative hospital stay,weight-bearing time of affected limb and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 h,24 h,48 h,and 72 h after surgery,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before surgery,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the score of Karnofsky Performance Status scale in the two groups was higher than that before surgery,the score in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018).Conclusion:Humanized nursing has a significant effect in operating room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures,and can effectively improve the operation-related indicators,relieve postoperative pain,improve the quality of life,and reduce complications.
