刘胜运用“气血水”理论治疗乳腺囊性增生症

Liu Sheng Treating Breast Cystic Hyperplasia Based on"Qi,Blood and Water"Theory

乳腺囊性增生症属痰瘀互结型乳癖病,即气滞、血瘀、痰湿积聚乳房形成病理产物,根本病因为冲任失调、肝郁脾虚肾亏,主要病机为气不畅、血不利、水不行。治疗时应以调气为本,活血利水为标,气血水同治,活血利水必先要治气,才能打破气血水三方胶着的恶性循环局面,临证常用三子养亲汤。瘀血与痰水异流同源,瘀水交结,聚于乳络久生痰核,故活血则乳络通,治疗应活血与利水并举,水利则痰核散,临证常用桂枝茯苓丸。

Breast cystic hyperplasia belongs to the type of nodules of breast of Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,in which the pathological products formed by the accumulation of Qi stagnation,blood stasis,and Phlegm-Dampness in the breast.The fundamental cause of the disease is the imbalance of Chong and Ren meridians,Liver Qi depression as well as Spleen and Kidney deficiency.The main pathogenesis is Qi obstruction,poor blood circulation,and stagnated Wate.In treatment,Qi regulation should be the foundation and activating blood circulation to relieve Water retention should be the targets.Qi,blood,and Water should be treated together.In other words,the vicious cycle of Qi,blood,and Water retention be broken with Qi being treated first.Sanzi Yangqin Decoction is commonly used in clinical practice.Blood stasis and Phlegm-Water flow are of the same origin,with blood stasis and Water intersecting and accumulating in the milk meridian for a long time the Phlegm Nuclei would produce.Therefore,promoting blood circulation leads to the unblocking of the milk meridian.Treatment should focus on both promoting blood circulation and promoting Water flow,eventually leading to phlegm nucleus dispersion.Guizhi Fuling Pills are commonly used in clinical practice.
