中医特色护理结合饮食护理应用于急性痛风性关节炎患者中的效果

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing Combined with Dietary Nursing in Patients with Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的:探讨中医特色护理结合饮食护理在急性痛风性关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年9月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二五医院收治的112例急性痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为两组,各56例。对照组采用中医特色护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上联合饮食护理干预,观察两组护理前后疼痛、关节功能及关节肿胀的改善情况,比较两组生活质量及护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组疼痛评分、关节肿胀评分及关节功能评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量各维度评分均高于护理前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度为98.21%,明显高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性痛风性关节炎患者护理中开展中医特色护理结合饮食护理,有利于改善疼痛、关节功能及关节肿胀,提升患者的生活质量,且患者护理满意度更高。

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with dietary nursing in patients with acute gouty arthritis.Method:A total of 112 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted to the 925th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army from March 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 56 patients in each group.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention,and the study group combined with dietary nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,the improvement of pain,joint function and joint swelling of the two groups before and after nursing were observed,and the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the pain score,joint swelling score and joint function score of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.21%,which was higher than 85.71%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the care of patients with acute gouty arthritis,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with dietary nursing can improve the pain,joint function and joint swelling,improve the quality of life of patients,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing is higher.
