摘要
目的:观察国际功能、残疾和健康分类(ICF)理念下功能训练对股骨头坏死手术患者的影响。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月宝鸡市中心医院收治的76例股骨头坏死手术患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38)。对照组术后给予常规骨科护理训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予ICF理念下功能训练。比较两组髋关节功能,干预前后步行能力及并发症。结果:观察组优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组步速、步长、步频均升高,观察组步速、步长、步频均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予股骨头坏死手术患者ICF理念下功能训练,能够有效安全地改善髋关节功能,提高步行能力,减少并发症。
Objective:To observe the effect of functional training under international classification of functioning,disability,and health(ICF)concept on patients with femoral head necrosis surgery.Method:A total of 76 patients with femoral head necrosis surgery treated in Baoji Central Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine orthopedic nursing training after surgery,and the observation group was given functional training under the ICF concept.Hip joint function,walking ability before and after intervention and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the step speed,step length and step frequency of the two groups were increased,and the step speed,step length and step frequency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Functional training under ICF concept is given for patients undergoing surgery for femoral head necrosis can effectively and safely improve hip joint function,enhance walking ability and reduce complications.
