中西医治疗系统性红斑狼疮的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

结合当前大量的临床数据可以得知,系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的发病人群大多为育龄女性,SLE是一种累及人体内部多个脏器的自身免疫系统疾病。目前SLE确切病因尚不明确,但经过相关的研究文献可以知晓,中西医结合治疗对于SLE有着一定的作用,本文对SLE的发病机制、中医治疗(辨证治疗、分期治疗、单方验方治疗)、西医治疗、中西医结合治疗相关研究进行了总结,期望为临床相关治疗工作提供有价值的参考。

Combined with a large number of current clinical data,it can be known that the incidence of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is mostly for women of reproductive age,and SLE is an autoimmune system disease involving multiple internal organs of the human body.At present,the exact etiology of SLE is not clear,but it can be known from relevant research literature that integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment plays a certain role in SLE.This paper summarized relevant studies on the pathogenesis of SLE,traditional Chinese medicine treatment(syndrome differentiation treatment,stage treatment,single prescription treatment),western medicine treatment,and integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment.It is expected to provide valuable reference for clinical treatment.
