清中化瘀汤加减联合质子泵抑制剂治疗十二指肠溃疡的效果

Effect of Modified Qingzhong Huayu Decoction Combined with Proton Pump Inhibitors in the Treatment of Duodenal Ulcers

目的:探讨清中化瘀汤加减联合质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitors,PPI)治疗十二指肠溃疡(duodenal ulcer,DU)的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月监利市中医医院收治的118例DU患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各59例。对照组采用PPI疗法,研究组采用清中化瘀汤加减联合PPI疗法。观察两组治疗后幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)根除情况,评价疼痛缓解程度及治疗效果,并统计不良反应发生情况。结果:停药4周后,研究组Hp根除率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分较治疗前降低,且研究组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为93.88%,高于对照组的79.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为8.16%,低于对照组的24.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清中化瘀汤加减联合PPI治疗DU可有效改善患者症状、缓解疼痛,同时提高Hp根除效果,增强效果,安全性良好。

Objective:To explore the effect of modified Qingzhong Huayu Decoction combined with proton pump inhibitors(PPI)in the treatment of duodenal ulcers(DU).Method:A total of 118 DU patients who admitted to Jianli City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was given PPI therapy,and the study group was given modified Qingzhong Huayu Decoction combined with PPI therapy.The eradication of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)after treatment in two groups was observed,the degree of pain relief and therapeutic effect were evaluated,and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted.Result:After 4 weeks of drug withdrawal,the eradication rate of Hp in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.88%,which was higher than 79.59%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.16%,which was lower than 24.49%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Qingzhong Huayu Decoction combined with PPI in the treatment of DU can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,relieve pain,improve Hp eradication effect,enhance effect,and has good safety.
