基于CiteSpace的疾病诊断相关分组绩效评价国内外研究进展可视化分析

Visual analysis of domestic and foreign research progress on diagnosis related groups performance evaluation based on CiteSpace

目的对国内外疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)绩效评价研究的现状、热点和趋势进行分析总结,并提出改进我国DRG支付方式绩效评价的建议。方法利用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库和web of science核心合集数据库1981-2023年收录的国内外DRG绩效评价相关文献进行分析。检索主题为“DRGs绩效评价”“DRGs绩效管理”和“DRGs绩效考核”。中文文献剔除标准:仅提到DRG但并未将DRG绩效评价作为主题介绍的相关文献;新闻报道和会议论文类文章;重复文献。英文文献剔除标准:非科学网(WOS)核心数据集的文献;文章主题为“背根神经节(DRG)”和“神经病理性疼痛”等与本研究主题不符的文献。结果共检索文献1652篇。国内外DRG绩效评价相关文献数量均呈波动式上升趋势,美国发文量居于首位,我国居第3位。国内研究热点主要是医疗服务、综合医院和医疗费用等,研究前沿主要是综合医院和临床科室;国外研究热点主要是医疗费用、住院时长和医疗质量,研究前沿包括医疗质量和医疗费用等。结论应提高对DRG绩效评价研究的重视,建立科学的绩效评价体系,促进我国DRG的发展。

Objective To analyze and summarize the current situation,hotspots and trends of diagnosis related groups(DRG)performance evaluation at home and abroad,and put forward suggestions to improve the performance evaluation of DRG payment methods in China.Methods Using CiteSpace visual analysis software,the domestic and foreign literature of DRG performance evaluation,collected in CNKI database,VIP database,WanFang database and web of science core collection database from 1981to 2023,were analyzed.The retrieval topics were"DRGs performance evaluation","DRGs performance management"and"DRGs performance appraisal(DRG)".Chinese literature exclusion criteria:Relevant literature that only mentions DRG but did not introduce DRG performance evaluation as a theme;News reports and articles on conference papers;Duplicate literature.English literature exclusion criteria:Literature that was not from the Web of Science(WOS)core dataset;Articles with topics such as"dorsal root ganglia(DRG)"and"neuropathic pain",which were not consistent with the research topic of this study.Results A total of 1652articles were retrieved.Both domestic and international DRG performance evaluation literature numbers show a fluctuating upward trend,with the United States having the highest number of publications and China ranked third.Domestic research hotspots mainly include medical services,general hospitals,and medical expenses,while the research forefront includes general hospitals and clinical departments.Foreign research hotspots mainly include medical expenses,length of hospital stay,and medical quality,and the research forefront includes medical quality and medical expenses,among others.Conclusion It is suggested that the research of DRG performance evaluation should be strengthened,and a scientific performance evaluation system should be established to promote the development of China DRG.
