昆明市呈贡区共享单车微生物污染情况及清洁方法

Microbial contamination and cleaning methods of shared bikes in Chenggong District of Kunming City

摘要 目的分析昆明市呈贡区共享单车细菌污染情况及骑行前后手部细菌污染情况,并对手卫生效果进行评价。方法随机抽样调查2022年12月至2023年3月昆明市呈贡区10个地铁站的共享单车,对其车把手采样,培养观察并进行微生物多样性分析。用不同的清洁方式洗手后,进行手部带菌情况检测。结果地铁站共享单车微生物菌落总数均值为[1380(570,3310)CFU/25 cm^(2),且检测出恶臭假单胞菌等细菌。共享车骑行前后手部菌落总数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);洗手液,免水洗凝胶,蒸馏水与不洗手组间菌落数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);洗手液,免水洗凝胶和蒸馏水组间菌落数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);洗手液和免水洗凝胶组间菌落数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论共享车存在污染,骑行过程会增加手部细菌的数量。洗手液、免水洗凝胶和蒸馏水均可一定程度减少细菌数量,建议相关政府部门尽快完善洗手台的建设和维护,引领大众提高健康素养。 Objective To analyze the bacterial contamination of hands before and after riding shared bikes in Chenggong District,Kunming City,and to evaluate the effectiveness of hand hygiene.Methods Samples were collected,cultured,observed,and subjected to microbial diversity analysis from the handlebars of shared bikes at 10 subway stations from December 2022 to March 2023 in Chenggong District,Kunming City.Following hand washing with different cleaning methods,bacterial cultures were performed on the hands for enumeration.Results The average microbial colony count was(1380[570,3310])CFU/25 cm2,with the detection of Pseudomonas putida and other bacteria.There was a statistically significant difference in the total number of hand colonies before and after riding shared bikes(P<0.05).Significant differences were observed in the colony counts among the hand sanitizer group,hand-washing gel group,distilled water group,and no hand-washing group(P<0.05).Furthermore,there were significant differences in colony counts among the hand sanitizer group,no-wash gel group,and distilled water group(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences were found in colony counts between the hand sanitizer group and the no-wash gel group(P>0.05).Conclusion Shared bikes exhibit contamination,with a significant increase in hand bacterial counts during cycling activities.Hand sanitizer,hand-washing gel,and distilled water demonstrate effectiveness in reducing bacterial counts to a certain extent.It is recommended that relevant government departments promptly improve the construction and maintenance of hand washing stations and educate the public to enhance their health literacy.
