“三两半”膏方对于青春早期青少年体格发育的影响

The Effect of“Three and a half”ointment prescription on Physical Development of Adolescents

目的观察“三两半”膏方对于青春早期青少年体格发育的影响。方法选择青春早期青少年134例,采用随机数字表法分为膏方组、西药组及对照组。膏方组予“三两半”膏方,西药组予维生素D滴剂及赖氨肌醇维B12口服溶液,对照组不予任何治疗,治疗及随访18个月,比较三组身高、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、骨龄、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的变化情况。结果膏方组治疗后身高高于西药组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);膏方组治疗后IGF-1水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组治疗后体质量、BMI及骨龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论“三两半”膏方可以在不增长体质量的情况下,使身高增长,促进青春早期青少年体格发育。

Objective To observe the effect of"three and a half"ointment on the physical development of early adolescence.Methods A total of 134 cases of early adolescence were selected according to the standard of nano-platoon,and they were randomly divided into the plaster group,the western medicine group and the control group.The three groups were treated and followed up for 18 months.The plaster group was treated with"three and a half"plaster,the western medicine group was given vitamin D and lysine inositol vitamin B12 oral solution,and the control group was given no treatment.The changes of height,body weight,body mass index,bone age and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)were observed.Results The height of the ointment group was higher than that of the western medicine group and the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the IGF-1 level in the ointment group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in weight,body mass index,and bone age among the three groups after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The"three and a half"ointment can promote the increase of height without increasing weight,and is helpful to the physical development of early adolescence.
