参麦注射液对晚期肿瘤患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨参麦注射液对晚期肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法100例晚期肿瘤患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组予营养对症支持治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予参麦注射液治疗,比较两组治疗2周、4周、6周后血液指标和生活质量的影响。结果治疗6周后观察组在躯体状态、认知能力、情绪状态、失眠、腹泻、便秘、呼吸困难、恶心呕吐等积分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗2、4、6周后红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液能改善晚期肿瘤患者症状和生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of shenmai injection on the quality of life of patients with advanced tumors.Methods 100 patients with advanced tumors were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received symptomatic nutritional support treatment,while the observation group received treatment with shenmai injection on the basis of the control group.The effects of blood indicators and quality of life after 2,4,and 6 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the observation group had better scores than the control group in terms of physical state,cognitive ability,emotional state,insomnia,diarrhea,constipation,dyspnea,nausea and vomiting(P<0.05).After 2,4,and 6 weeks of treatment,the levels of red blood cells,white blood cells,hemoglobin,and platelets in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection can improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with advanced tumors.
