积极心理干预在青少年抑郁障碍伴非自杀性自伤行为患者中的应用效果

Application effect of positive psychological intervention in adolescents with depression and non-suicidal self-injury behaviors

目的 探讨积极心理干预在青少年抑郁障碍伴非自杀性自伤(NSSI)行为患者中的应用效果。方法 将60例青少年抑郁障碍伴NSSI行为患者按照随机数字表法分对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者接受常规干预,观察组患者接受积极心理干预,均观察2个月。干预前后分别采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、渥太华自我伤害调查表(OSI)、青少年亚健康多维评定问卷(MSQA)对两组患者抑郁症状、自我伤害情况、躯体及心理亚健康情况进行评估。结果 干预后,两组患者HAMD评分、OSI总分及各维度评分、MSQA总分及各维度评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 对抑郁障碍伴NSSI行为青少年给予积极心理干预可改善其抑郁症状、躯体及心理亚健康状态,避免NSSI行为的发生,有利于其以最佳的状态面对生活。

Objective To explore the application effect of positive psychological intervention(PPI)in adolescents with depression and non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)behaviors.Methods Sixty adolescent patients with depression and NSSI behaviors were divided into control and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each.Controls received routine intervention and observation group did the PPI,all patients observed for 2 months.Before and af ter intervention depressive symptoms,self-injur y,somatic and psychological sub-health conditions were assessed for two groups using the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Ottawa Self-injury Inventory(OSI)and Multidimensional Sub-health Questionnaire of Adolescents(MSQA),respectively.Results After intervention,HAMD scores,total and all dimensions scores of both the OSI and the MSQA lowered in both groups compared with pre-intervention and those were lower in observation than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The PPI could improve depressive symptoms,somatic and psychological subhealth status of adolescents with depression and NSSI behavior,avoid the occur rence of the NSSI behaviors and help them face life at their best.
