团体认知行为干预对孤独症谱系障碍患儿康复效果的影响

Influence of group cognitive behavioral intervention on the rehabilitation effect of children with autism spectrum disorder

目的探讨团体认知行为干预对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿康复效果的影响。方法将90例ASD患儿按入组时间分为对照组(45例,给予常规护理干预)和研究组(45例,给予团体认知行为干预),干预10周。比较干预前后两组患儿孤独症儿童行为量表(ABC)、孤独症治疗评定量表(ATEC)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分。结果干预后两组患儿ABC、ATEC及CARS评分均较干预前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后两组患儿CD-RISC评分均较干预前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论团体认知行为干预可有效改善ASD患儿病情及孤独症行为症状的严重程度和ASD主要症状,提高患儿心理弹性水平。

Objective To explore the influence of group cognitive behavioral intervention(GCBI)on the rehabilitation effect of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods Ninety ASD children were divided into control(n=45,received routine nursing intervention)and research(n=45,did the GCBI)group according enrollment time.Before and after intervention scores on the Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC),Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC),Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and Connor-davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were compared between two groups.Results After intervention scores on the ABC,ATEC and CARS lowered compared with pre-intervention in both groups and were lower in research than control group(P<0.01).After intervention scores on the CD-RISC elevated compared with pre-intervention in both groups and that was higher in research than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The GCBI could effectively improve condition,the severity of behavioral symptoms and main symptoms of ASD children and raise their psychological resilience.
