脏时相调法针刺治疗气虚型功能性便秘临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture with Zangshi Xiangtiao Acupuncture Method for Func⁃tional Constipation of Qi Deficiency Type

目的:观察脏时相调法针刺治疗气虚型功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将80例气虚型功能性便秘患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用脏时相调法针刺治疗,对照组口服乳果糖联合莫沙必利治疗,疗程为4周。比较2组治疗前后症状积分及便秘患者生活质量自评量表(PAC-QOL)评分,并比较2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗2周、4周,2组首次排便时间、排便间隔时间、排便速度、粪便性状、排便难度、便意及总积分均逐渐降低(P<0.05),且同一时间点2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周、4周后,2组总有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组PAC-QOL各项评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组PAC-QOL评分中担忧、满意度评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脏时相调法针刺治疗气虚型功能性便秘安全有效,可减轻患者的担忧感并提高其对治疗的满意度及生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture with Zangshi Xiangtiao acupuncture method for functional constipation of qi deficiency type.Methods:A total of 80 patients with functional constipation of qi deficiency type were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture with Zangshi Xiangtiao acupuncture method,and the control group was treated with oral administration of lactulose combined with mosapril for four weeks.The symptom scores and scores of Patient Assessment of Constipation quality of life questionnaire(PAC-QOL)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.The clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After two and four weeks of treatment,the first defecation time,defecation interval,defecation speed,fecal characteristics,defecation difficulty,defecation intention,and total scores in the two groups were gradually decreased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups at the same time point(P>0.05).After two and four weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the total effective rates between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PAC-QOL scores in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores of concerns,satisfaction,and total scores in PAC-QOL in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture with Zangshi Xiangtiao acupuncture method is safe and effective in treating functional constipation of qi deficiency type,which can alleviate patients'concerns and improve their satisfaction with treatment and quality of life.
