口服中药对结直肠癌术后化疗减毒增效作用Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the Attenuated Synergies of Oral Chinese Medicine on Postoperative Chemotherapy for Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨口服中药在结直肠癌术后化疗中减毒增效作用。方法限定时间为建库至2023年5月18日,搜索CBM、CNKI、万方、VIP、PubMed和Cocharane Library数据库。采用改良后Jadad量表、Cochrane偏倚风险评价工具、RevMan 5.3分析。结果收入17项随机对照试验,涵盖1507例患者。Meta分析显示,结直肠癌术后化疗联合口服中药具有更好的实体瘤疗效,不良反应发生率以及对生活质量的改善情况均优于对照组。结论口服中药能够提高结直肠癌术后化疗疗效,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the attenuated and synergistic effect of oral Chinese medicine in postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.Methods The limited time was to build the database until May 18,2023,collecting CBM,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed and Cocharane Library databases.The improved Jadad scale,Cochrane Risk of Bias assessment tool,and RevMan 5.3 were applied.Results 17 RCTs covered 1507 cases.Metta-analysis showed that postoperative chemotherapy combined with oral Chinese medicine for colorectal cancer had better efficacy of solid tumors,and the incidence of adverse reactions and the improvement of quality of life were better than the control group.Conclusion Oral Chinese medicine can improve the efficacy of postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
