桃红四物汤治疗桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节肿痛临床观察

Taohong Siwu Decoction in the Treatment of Postoperative Wrist Swelling and Pain of Distal Radius Fracture

目的观察桃红四物汤对桡骨远端骨折患者的临床疗效及对腕关节早期肿胀的影响。方法将桡骨远端骨折的120例患者分为对照组与观察组,各60例。每组均接受早期复位治疗,观察组基于早期复位治疗基础上增加桃红四物汤进行治疗,共治疗2个月。比较2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、疼痛程度、骨代谢指标、腕关节功能以及出现并发症的几率。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效、BGP、OPG、VEGF、TGF-β的水平均高于对照组,TRACP-5b、tPINP以及VAS水平低于对照组,腕关节Cooney功能量表评估高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对桡骨远端骨折的患者,在给予早期复位治疗的基础上加用桃红四物汤治疗,能够调控骨折修复细胞因子水平,提高骨代谢功能,加快患者骨折部位的愈合和腕关节基本功能的恢复,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu decoction in treating distal radius fractures and its influence on early swelling of the wrist joint.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with distal radius fractures were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.They received early reduction treatment.The observation group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of early reduction treatment,and the treatment lasted for 2 months.The clinical effect,pain level,bone metabolism indicators,wrist joint function,and probability of complications between two groups of patients before and after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy,BGP,OPG,VEGF and TGF-βlevels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,TRACP-5b,tPINP and VAS levels were lower than those in the control group,and the wrist Cooney function scale assessment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with distal radius fractures,early reduction treatment combined with Taohong Siwu decoction can regulate the levels of fracture repair cytokines,improve bone metabolism function,and further accelerate the healing of the fracture site and the recovery of basic wrist joint function.
