改良中药蜡疗在痉挛型脑瘫尖足患儿中的应用

Improved Chinese Medicine Wax Therapy for Pointed Foot Deformity in Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨改良中药蜡疗对痉挛型脑瘫尖足患儿的临床疗效。方法选取72例痉挛型脑瘫尖足患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组在常规综合康复治疗基础上采用传统中药蜡疗,观察组在常规综合康复治疗基础上采用改良中药蜡疗,分别于治疗前、治疗8周后,分析踝关节被动活动范围(PROM)、综合痉挛量表(CSS)与粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)评分,对2组患儿PROM值、痉挛程度,站立、行走、跑、跳功能进行评定。结果干预后观察组PROM值、GMFM中D、E功能区评分高于对照组,CSS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良中药蜡疗能有效增加痉挛型脑瘫尖足患儿的踝关节被动活动范围、改善痉挛程度,提高站立、行走、跑、跳功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of improved Chinese medicine wax therapy on pointed foot deformity in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods Seventy-two cases of spastic cerebral palsy with pointy feet were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy on the basis of routine treatment.The patients in the observation group were treated with improved Chinese medicine wax therapy on the basis of routine treatment.The ankle passive range of motion(PROM),the comprehensive spasticity scale(CSS)and gross motor function test(GMFM)were measured,and the ankle passive range of motion and the degree of spasticity were evaluated,standing balance and walking function were evaluated.Results After intervention,the scores of PROM and GMFM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of CSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The improved Chinese medicine wax therapy can more effectively increase the passive range of ankle motion,improve the degree of spasm,and improve the standing balance and walking function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
