厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪、苯磺酸氨氯地平联合治疗初始高血压的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Combined with Amlodipine Besylate in the Treatment of Initial Hypertension

目的 探究厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗初始高血压的疗效及安全性。方法 方便选取福建省老年医院于2021年1月-2022年12月收治的58例高血压患者为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组,各29例。对照组予以苯磺酸氨氯地平,观察组予以厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合苯磺酸氨氯地平,比较两组临床疗效、血压水平、不良反应等。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(100.00%)显著高于对照组(86.21%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.296,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪、苯磺酸氨氯地平在初始高血压患者中联合应用,有效降低患者血压水平,治疗有效率高,且不增加不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of initial hypertension.Methods 58 hypertensive patients admitted to Fujian Provincial Geri-atric Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlo-dipine benzenesulfonate,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with am-lodipine benzenesulfonate.Compared the clinical efficacy,blood pressure level,adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The treatment total efficiency of the observation group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.21%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.296,P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide and amlodip-ine besylate in patients with initial hypertension can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients,and have a high treatment efficiency without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
