多糖铁复合物胶囊与琥珀酸亚铁缓释片用于治疗孕中期孕妇缺铁性贫血的疗效

Effect of Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules and Sustained Release Tablets of Ferrous Succinate on Iron Deficiency Anemia in Pregnant Women in the Second Trimester

目的 探讨多糖铁复合物胶囊与琥珀酸亚铁缓释片用于治疗孕中期孕妇缺铁性贫血的疗效。方法 便利选取2023年2月-2024年2月高密市人民医院收治的112例孕中期缺铁性贫血孕妇为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为多糖铁复合物组和琥珀酸亚铁组,各56例,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、血液指标、妊娠结局。结果 多糖铁复合物组的治疗总有效率(96.43%)与琥珀酸亚铁组(91.07%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.609,P>0.05)。多糖铁复合物组的不良反应发生率(5.36%)明显低于琥珀酸亚铁组的17.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.264,P<0.05)。治疗后,多糖铁复合物组比琥珀酸亚铁组的红细胞压积、血红蛋白、红细胞计数、血清铁蛋白高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良妊娠结局(早产、胎儿窘迫、产后出血、低出生体重儿)比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 多糖铁复合物胶囊与琥珀酸亚铁缓释片治疗孕中期缺铁性贫血都可获得良好的疗效,防范不良妊娠结局,而多糖铁复合物胶囊具有改善红细胞及铁代谢效果、不良反应少的优势。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of polysaccharide iron complex capsules and sustained release tablets of ferrous succinate on iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women in the second trimester.Methods A total of 112 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia in the second trimester treated in Gaomi People's Hospital from Feb-ruary 2023 to February 2024 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to different treatment meth-ods,they were divided into polysaccharide iron complex group and ferrous succinate group,with 56 cases each.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,blood indexes and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were com-pared.Results The total effective rate of treatment polysaccharide iron complex group was 96.43%,compared with the ferrous succinate group(91.07%),and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.609,P>0.05).The inci-dence of adverse reactions in polysaccharide iron complex group was 5.36%,which was significantly lower than that in ferrous succinate group(17.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.264,P<0.05).After treatment,the hematocrit,hemoglobin,erythrocyte count and serum ferritin of polysaccharide iron complex group were higher than those of ferrous succinate group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no sta-tistically significant difference in adverse pregnancy outcomes(preterm birth,fetal distress,postpartum hemorrhage and low birth weight)between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion Polysaccharide iron complex capsules and sus-tained release tablets of ferrous succinate can both obtain good curative effect in the treatment of iron deficiency ane-mia in the second trimester and prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes,while sugar iron complex has the advantages of improving reticulocyte and iron metabolism and less adverse reactions.
